I Resolve....

to find my will power again. Argh. I've gained half my weight back in 1 semester!!!! It's been quite a year so far, and being off my diet, I have gained gained gained. So has Jeff. I have actually bought bigger clothes for the first time in a while. That will stop. January first, back to My Fitness Pal and counting calories.

I bought Jeff a device similar to the "body bug" for Christmas. He's super psyched to start using it, and I'll need to get one for me at some point.

Done it before. We can do it again.
